About this service

SOVA Talents is a curated directory that introduces clients to certified Filipino talent. We are an introducer and matchmaker; we are not the employer of the talent listed, and any engagement is between the client and the talent.

Introductions & placement fee

Browsing and contacting talent through SOVA Talents is free. We charge the client a one-time placement fee when you decide to hire a talent we introduced. This fee is a flat amount (starting at [AMOUNT, e.g. $150], depending on whether the role is part-time or full-time) and is payable at the point of hire, before the introduction is finalised and full contact details are shared.

The placement fee is a single, one-time charge. After the placement, the working relationship — including all scheduling, deliverables, hours and payments — is solely between the client and the talent. SOVA Talents has no further involvement and earns no ongoing commission or margin on the talent’s pay. The placement fee will be confirmed in writing before any introduction is finalised.

Engaging, hiring or paying a talent introduced by SOVA Talents without paying the agreed placement fee, or attempting to bypass SOVA Talents to avoid it, is a breach of these terms.

30-day replacement guarantee

If a talent we placed goes AWOL (stops responding or abandons the work) or leaves within the first 30 days of being hired, we will introduce a replacement from our community at no additional placement fee. This guarantee applies only if you (the client) paid the talent for the work done and on the agreed terms, did not change the agreed role or scope, and notified SOVA Talents within 7 days of the issue. The sole remedy under this guarantee is a one-time replacement introduction; it does not include a refund of the placement fee or any other compensation.

No guarantee

While we vet the talent we list, we do not guarantee any particular outcome of an engagement. Clients are responsible for their own hiring decisions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site, scrape talent data, or contact listed talent for purposes other than legitimate hiring enquiries.
