How much do the freelancers charge?+
Rates start from as low as $10 per hour, depending on the skill, experience and scope of work. You agree the hourly rate directly with the talent and pay them directly — we never take a cut of their ongoing pay.
Do you charge a fee to hire someone?+
Browsing and contacting talent is free. We charge a one-time placement fee — a flat fee starting around $150, depending on whether the role is part-time or full-time — only when you decide to hire a graduate we introduced. It is paid once, at the point of hire, before we finalise the introduction. After that, your working relationship and all payments are entirely between you and the talent, with no ongoing commission.
Is it free to browse and contact talent?+
Yes — browsing the directory and contacting talent through us is completely free, with no obligation. The only charge is the one-time placement fee, and only if you go ahead and hire someone we introduced.
Are the freelancers vetted?+
Every person listed is a graduate of PinoySEO or SOVA who completed our course and passed real, hands-on tasks during training. We hand-pick who appears here — there are no open sign-ups.

What kind of talent can I hire?+
Three specialties: SEO specialists, WordPress web designers, and general virtual assistants. Our VAs are trained in customer service, email and calendar management, CRM, Canva, email support, and AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
Can I hire part-time or full-time?+
Both. Whether you need a one-off project, ongoing part-time help, or a full-time team member, tell us your needs and we’ll match you accordingly.
How do I contact a talent?+
Open any profile and click “Contact talent”, then fill in a short brief. It routes to our team and we’ll get back to you — usually within one business day.
Where are the talents based?+
All of our talent are based in the Philippines — many in Iligan and across the country — and work remotely with clients worldwide.
What if my hire doesn’t work out?+
We offer a free 30-day replacement guarantee. If a talent we placed goes AWOL or leaves within the first 30 days, we will introduce a replacement from our community at no additional placement fee — provided you paid the talent as agreed and let us know within 7 days. After 30 days, we are still happy to help you find someone new.
